As soon as your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking reference so you can follow the adventure of your new shiny treasure all the way to your doorstep.

At Silver Meadow Studio Ltd, we want every order to feel like a delight to open. Whether it’s for you or a lucky someone else, we carefully pack each piece in beautiful, secure packaging — designed to protect your jewellery and make the unboxing feel extra special.

Free 30 day repairs

If something's not quite right within 30 days, we'll fix it for free — as long as your jewellery has been treated kindly. (Gemstone damage and accidental/customer-caused damage are not usually covered). To request a repair, just email us! Once we've checked the issue, we'll confirm return shipping details. After 30 days  — or if the damage was caused on your side — we can usually still repair it for a small fee!
