2. Products
-
All jewellery items are handcrafted and may feature natural variations in materials, stones, and finishes. These variations are not considered faults.
-
We try our best to carefully source gemstones from trusted suppliers and always aim to obtain stones that have been ethically sourced where possible. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all gemstone descriptions, the global gemstone supply chain is complex, and we must occasionally rely on information provided by our suppliers. As a result, we cannot guarantee that every gemstone has been identified or described without error.
If, within 12 months of the date of purchase, you believe a gemstone has been materially misidentified or misdescribed, you must notify us and provide a report from an independent qualified gemmologist or recognised gemmological laboratory confirming the misidentification or misdescription. We reserve the right to verify the findings before a remedy is offered.
Where a gemstone is confirmed to have been materially misidentified or misdescribed, we will offer you one of the following remedies:
-
A refund of the difference between the amount paid for the gemstone as described and its fair market value if correctly identified, as reasonably determined by us, taking into account the independent gemmological assessment; or
-
The option to return the complete jewellery item to us for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is returned in good condition, free from damage, alterations, misuse or excessive wear beyond normal inspection. Upon issue of the refund, ownership of the returned item will transfer back to us.
This policy applies only to material misidentification or material misdescription of a gemstone. It does not apply to natural variations in colour, pattern, inclusions, transparency, shape or other characteristics that are inherent to natural gemstones and contribute to their uniqueness.
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
